If you have proven experience in a similar role in FInancial Services this could be the role for you Role - IT Operations Manager aka IT Manager, IT Support Manager, IT Infrastucture Manager, IT Systems Manager Location - London (West End) 4 days in the office per week Salary 73K + Bonus + 12.5% Pension, Private Health, 25 days rising to 30 on service The role As an IT Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll develop policies, manage technology vendors, and evaluate new technologies to enhance infrastructure. Leading a team, you'll align IT with business needs, maintain compliance, manage projects, and provide user support. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to optimize performance. Key Requirements Experience as an IT Operations Manager in the financial sector Expertise in managing and supporting online, mission-critical systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities and end-user requests. Knowledge of UK financial systems and regulations. Proficiency in system installation, configuration, network, and cloud computing Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems. Familiarity with IT solutions for helpdesk, inventory, security, and change management. Knowledge of Windows, Linux, M365, VMware, and SQL database technologies.
