About the Role of Project Manager:

PSR solutions are looking for a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors - Initially a 10m+ office project in Bromsgrove. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or a driven Senior Site Manager looking for the step up.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the entire project deliver to meet contractual and industry standards.
• Organise the resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver the project on time and defect free.
• Organise resources and the activities of staff to maximise financial and commercial returns.
• Coordinate with the commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns.
• Monitor safety on site and feedback learnings into the business

Project Manager Requirements:

• You have a track record of delivery projects up to 30m in value
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships
