An Independent Property Consultancy seeks to hire multiple Project Managers for their Southbank based Office. The company has vacancies from Surveyor to Associate level.
With a wealth of 15 years' industry experience, this firm has been steadily gaining recognition and prestige. Their portfolio of projects includes ventures that exceed their size, showcasing their capabilities. The chosen candidates will be responsible for managing the ongoing workload of investor-led commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from GBP5m to GBP30m. The company prides itself on fostering a close-knit team environment, where everyone collaborates harmoniously to meet the client's needs and achieve project success.
Ideally, applicants should already possess experience in a consultancy Project Manager role. However, the company has also seen successful transitions from candidates coming from a Building Surveying or technical background, displaying an interest in project management. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects, though prior experience in this specific area is desired, not essential.
The salary offered for this position is highly competitive, starting at a minimum of GBP45k for the Surveyor level role, and reaching up to GBP80k for Associates, dependent on experience. Additionally, the company provides a car allowance, a substantial bonus scheme based on individual and company performance, and private healthcare coverage after the successful completion of the probation period. Furthermore, they offer an attractive flexible working arrangement, allowing employees to work in the office once a week for catch-ups and only when necessary thereafter. The role comes with autonomy and trust, empowering the selected candidates to manage and deliver projects in the manner they deem most suitable.
