Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading construction firm specialising in delivering high-quality projects across the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee ongoing work along the A14 corridor. The majority of projects will involve the construction of new supermarkets for a leading retailer, so prior experience in this sector will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, focusing primarily on supermarket builds.
• Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning and budgeting through to project completion.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Regularly report on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to specific construction and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in supermarket or retail builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility - This position will require working Nationwide as well as working away from home during the week. Alll expenses and accomodation will be covered.
