Interim Regeneration Programme Director (Outside IR35) - 800 per day - London - Council - Hybrid Working - 6 Months

I'm currently working with a local authority based in London who are on the lookout for an experienced Regeneration Programme Director to join them for an initial 6 months on an interim basis.

They can offer predominantly remote working, with only one day per week in the office as well as an immediate start.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team to help to deliver a number of mixed use projects from inception through to planning.

They are looking for an experienced PM with a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme. Past experience with a brownsite is preferred. Local Authority experience is required.
