Project: 1.8m Design & Build (D&B) Cat B Fit Out

Duration: 16-week programme

Our client, a fast-growing fit-out main contractor, is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead a prestigious 1.8 million Cat B D&B fit-out project in the heart of Manchester. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and budget management.

• Oversee and manage the full life cycle of the 1.8m Cat B D&B fit-out project.
• Coordinate with the client, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and time lines.
• Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
• Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the project team.

• Proven experience as a No.1 Project Manager on D&B fit-out projects.
• Strong background in Cat B commercial fit-outs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and complex logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
