My client is looking for Project Managers with Civils/Groundworks exeperience to work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe.
Job Title: Project Manager - Civils and Groundworks
Location: East Suffolk
Salary: 450 - 475 Per Day INSIDE IR35
Job Type: Full-Time - Ongoing Contract
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civils and Groundworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Civils and Groundworks.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
