Project Coordinator 27 - 29K DOE, Monday to Friday, No shifts, permanent position, 28 days holiday, growing company
Location of the Project Coordinator Position: Warrington
A leading Automotive company that are a leader in their field require a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team, they are a growing business and have recently opened a new manufacturing a facility to mirror their growth and maximises production.
Duties of the Project Co- Ordinator Position:
- Review project specifications and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs.
- Reviewing production instructions and documentations
- Participate in pre-job bidding preparation.
- Prepare submittals and tender responses.
- Responsible for completing internal and external audits to the relevant standards.
- Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints.
- Coordination of internal and external build schedules and stakeholder meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Good Skills using Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Be well-versed in the maintaining and controlling of a Quality Management systems.
- Have a strong math, analytical and attention to detail skills
- Have a valid Driver's License.
- Make sound judgments in work methods and interpreting goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate new processes clearly and document critical aspects of the job.
