Based in the midlands, an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Project Manager to run their fast track projects.

Based a short drive from Birmingham, the Project Manager will be needed to visit sites across the midlands.

The role of the Project Manager.

The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team.

You will be working on fast track retail & leisure projects, ranging in value from 500K - 5M.

A strong construction understanding will be expected.

You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.

The requirements

• Clear evidence of a Retail Fit-Out background
• 5+ years in the Project Management world
• Contract handling of between 500k - 5M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
