Joining our team as an Operations Manager you will be managing the calibration and repair activity within the branch, training, coaching, and mentoring the engineering departments to ensure that they deliver a first-class service to all customers.

The Operations Manager ensures that workflow is efficient and cost-effective, ensuring the smooth everyday running of the departments and ensuring that KPIs are met and key objectives are reached and maintained.

• Technical qualifications such as degree, HND, HNC, NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or above are desirable.
• Extensive calibration knowledge and UKAS certification preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships internally within a Management team.
• Change management - proven experience in implementing & driving change to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior employees.
• Proactive approach towards key decision making for the business in line with UK strategy.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and internal software systems.
