We are currently recruiting a Project Engineer to work on RC Frame & Groundwork project based in Bedford. The project will be a mixture of Groundwork and reinforced concrete works. It is a 6-8 Months project.

As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Management of work to high standards of performance in line with project procedures and applicable standards, through the leadership of setting to work briefing with safety and quality focus.
• Management with direction, expectation, and priorities for daily activities.
• Experience of method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
• Required limited setting out
• Manage Labour onsite
• Early design reviews
• Carrying out of quality assurance
• Producing activity control, inspection, and test plans
• Ensuring a safe working practice
• Manageing material and plant on site.
• Producing daily diary
• SMSTS/SSSTS Qualification

Skills:

• Previously worked as a Project Engineer.
• You have experience in Groundwork and Steel/RC works
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.

• Ideal candidate must have rights to live and work in UK
