Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading Data Centre builder on a ???350M project in Frankfurt.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will work in a high-performing Engineering Team and be part of the delivery team from inception to completion.
Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager/Lead on Data Centre projects or large-scale industrial projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Working directly with project teams to define project requirements and develop technical solutions. Provide off site technical support to construction teams on projects, with travel to sites also required
- Develop and agree on design processes and design deliverables
- Assist in the continual improvement of the QA System and execute project reviews
- Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing and project bid teams
- Lead Pre-Construction Engineering activities and the production of information including, design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, sub-contracts, etc.
Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience required.
- Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Services and Design including
- Desirable experience in Processed Chilled Water, Water Treatment, HVAC, Domestic & LPHW
- Experience of client, vendor and contractor interaction and management,
- Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others.
- Proven record with co-ordinating and managing large projects.
