An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work with a family-owned contractor specializing in drylining and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside their existing team of Project managers. As a family-run business, they take great pride in their close-knit team and commitment to maintaining long-standing relationships with clients and customers throughout the region.

Performance Objectives

• Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating project teams, tracking project progress, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Responsible for all site management and finances & reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Issuing progress report to the client team.
• Dropline programmes on Microsoft Project.
• Completing material take offs for projects.

Person Specification

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in drylining scope packages, firestopping some riser doors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black card
• First Aid
