We are currently working with a utilities company based in Scotland who are looking for an experienced programme manager to oversee a range of ongoing projects. The goal for our client is to improve their customer service and so the project you will be overseeing will all be customer focused.

Some of their key projects include:

• Improvements to their Smart Metering
• Improvements to their billings process
• Improvements to cyber security and data quality

Key responsibilities and requirements:

• Must be able to drive business cases.
• Experience of planning and delivering customer focused projects.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Engage and manage vendors.
• Embed good practice.
• Understanding of core business areas.
• Water industry experience is desirable.
• Experience with customer facing channels or account management experience is desirable.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of 70K

Whilst this is a programme manager position, senior project managers with experience of managing customer focused projects will also be considered.
