A leading main contractor with over 65 years experience in the industry are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a large, RC Frame residential new build project in Weybridge. This main contractor also operates across the Commercial, Industrial, Hotel, Health care, Education and Sports & Leisure sector.

Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager

• Number one on site for a large RC Frame residential scheme circa 80million.
• Managing Health & Safety and ensure the project is running to programme.
• Quality Assurance
• Managing a team of site staff and subcontractors
• Procuring and instructing subcontractors.
• Chair weekly QA Meetings
• Assist and manage the Design team to resolve any design issues in line with the program

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

• Proven track record of a managing construction projects of a similar value in the Residential sector from start to finish.
• Ideally from a Degree Educated background
• Strong on project programming and delivery
• SMSTS
• CSCS
