We have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager working with an established Fit Out contractor near Woking/Newbury.

The Project is valued circa 15M and you will be the Senior Project Manager looking after the whole project with a PD visiting every other day. You will be responsible for managing the whole project (including - facades, external works, steel structures, metal staircases and high end reception finish) and will be reporting to the Project Director. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Senior Project Manager must have:

• Experience with basement programmes
• Facade packages
• Steel Roof
• Steel Structures and metal staircases
• Longevity in freelance roles
• Systems Experience
• Have experience in delivering external packages
• Understanding of programmes
• Experience successfully running projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
