Are you an experienced Project Manager highly skilled in Lean Manufacturing Techniques looking for your next opportunity. We are looking for a Project Manager desirably from a manufacturing / production or Engineering background to manage existing and future projects for some high end clients.

Key Duties:

• Implement LEAN Operations across the business
• Project manage existing & future contracts including the use of gated contract review & gated project lifecycle management processes with cross functional input, quotation & tender processes.
• Perform Production Engineer tasks including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, change processes, & standardization of production processes
• Develop MRP/ERP system processes where applicable
• Develop a Production Planning Process relevant to projects
• Undertake Continual Improvement Activity
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements
• Develop & Prepare Statistical information via EMIR, CRM & Excel
• Understand, analyse, prepare engineering reports for senior management when required

Skills:

• Project Management experience
• Production Management / supervisory experience
• Engineering or automotive background would be an advantage
• Lean Manufacturing Techniques - for example Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S
• Research and analytical Skills
