A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Ascot office and deliver design solutions to their educational and commercial clients.
Senior Project Manager Role
The selected Senior Project Manager will design and manage the construction process for a variety of construction projects from start to finish. The projects will predominantly be within the Education sector, valuing up to 60m.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be in charge of the project's results and the completion of its requirements in addition to managing programmes and budgets.
From start to completion, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supervising a variety of project types, including both minor and significant activities, and maintaining contact with clients after the project is over.
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience working within a construction consultancy
- MRICS (Desirable)
- Experience of managing Design Solutions
- Experience of working on Education projects (Desirable)
