I am currently in need of a Project Manager to manage a commercial office fit out project in Central London. The project is a 1 million fit out of an existing commercial office which is being stripped back to a new gym.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a Construction Director and be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
