Senior Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week WFH) - HQ in Market Harborough (regular UK travel required)

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the after sales area of the business, overseeing design, install, commissioning and ultimately successful delivery of strategy and build out for all customers. As the product owner, you will collaborate closely with technical leads and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Your leadership will be essential in customer interactions, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is central to our core team, and you'll play a key part in driving continuous improvement and learning from each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of new products to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure business success.
- Work with leadership to define product roadmaps, release plans, and technical strategies.
- Manage construction, installations, integration and provide post delivery training for customers.
- Drive a positive culture within distributed teams and support growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
- Background in Engineering with relevant qualifications. Electrical or Mechanical backgrounds equally considered.
- Strong technical competence across engineering disciplines.
- Experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with delivering complex technical products to customers.
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning.

- Self-driven, results-oriented, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong emotional intelligence and creative problem-solving abilities.
