Are you a Fit Out Project Manager looking to join a leading multi-disciplinary tier 1 contractor?

Due to massive growth & the successful award of a number of fit out contracts nationally across ministry of justice, education, food, banking, retail & education , there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fit out Project Manager to join a leading UK contractor.

Fit out projects are based in live environments and can vary from fast track programmes to 6 - 12 month programmes with leading blue chip clients and can range from 1 million up to 30 million in value. The client has long standing customer relationships with leading blue chip clients and can offer exceptional career progression and security.

You will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for taking the project lead, programme & client contract delivery and the management of a project team.

Experience / Qualifications Required for Fit Out Project Manager

• Proven track record of Fit Out Project Management ideal experience within retail, leisure, food, banking, MOD, health and education
• Relevant qualification, industry tickets and certificates.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate project teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Base 75,000 - 85,000
