Job

We are currently looking to recruit an M&E Project manager; this is a permanent position in the Liverpool area. There may be some projects that require overnight stays and travel nationwide.

As the Project Manager you should have renewable and commercial heating experience, be knowledgeable with Variables and you should come from an M&E background.

As the Project Manager you will be dealing with subcontract management, and you will deal with everything from enquiry to delivery. As the Project Manager you will work with the estimating team, build health and safety files, deal with post construction and project documentation.

The projects you will deal with will vary from GBP50k-GBP1m.

Skills Required

• M&E project management experience with experience of working on renewable projects, preferably under PAS2035.
• SMSTS or IOSH qualified.
• Knowledge and experience of:

1. Creating site H&S documentation Construction Phase Plans, RAMS reviews.
2. Programming works.
3. Sub-contractor management.
4. Site surveys for installations.
5. Cost build-up and cost management.

Salary

GBP55k & a company car/car allowance
