My client a very well established within the region and are currently in the market for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will have housing experience. You will be required to deliver several housing projects in the Merseyside region.

As Project Manager you will have proven experience of successful delivery of new build social housing. As Senior Project Manager will have delivered multiple housing units successfully. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering New Build Housing projects. As project manager if have a good general background in delivering residential or student accomdation his would also be of interest for this position.

My client have a strong pipeline of works and looking to develop and progress further within this sector. You will have the highest health and safety standards, ensuring all standards are met.

As Senior Project Manager you will have the ability to follow programmes and deadlines ensuring sites are running to time and budgets.
