Project Administrator
Carbon60 are currently looking for an individual with a solid administration background with previous project experience to join one of our growing Water Treatment clients in Somerset as a Project Administrator.
This role does involve some project control and there is scope to develop down this pathway overtime with an abundance of training opportunities.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Projects team with an array of associated administration assistance.
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 p/a + Annual Company Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Full-time (Permanent), Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the projects team with general administrative assistance including around: scheduling, exportations, resource/part ordering, finances/quotations, etc
- Obtain quotations on pre-specified parts requested by projects team, ensuring pricing matches schedule
- Maintain close communication with suppliers and ensure that deadlines are met
- Work closely with production, issuing packing/delivery notes as requested
- Preparation and printing of work packs and project manuals
- Preparation and issuing of purchase orders
Required Experience/Skills/Personal Qualities:
- Good level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office package - especially Excel (formatting of cells, formulas, linking of spreadsheets and worksheets, etc)
- A highly organised individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide top-level customer service at all times
- Detail orientated and good eye for detail when entering data
- Remain calm under pressure and have strong ability to multitask
- Able to work seamlessly as part of a team
- MS projects experience would be advantageous
