We are looking for a main contractor s Project Manager who will act as project lead on a GBP120m residential-led, new build, 300 unit development in Willesden. The role is with a leading West London-based self-build developer which, due to a large injection of investment finance is now the best capitalised in Greater London so can offer an unrivalled pipeline of forthcoming major projects all within North London.

Reporting to a visiting contracts manager, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to set the job up by attending to any outstanding pre-construction activities this year before commencing construction in January and then deliver 300 one, two and three bedroom new community homes, with 50 affordable units and 25 family apartments.

Employment commencement is anticipated this side of Christmas and salary is a highly competitive GBP90k to GBP100k + package.
