Job Title: Sprinkler Project Manager (Residential)
Location: London & M25 Area
Salary: Up to GBP55k DOE

Overview:
As a Sprinkler Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of residential sprinkler system installations. With a key focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, you ll ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are met. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in project management and 5 years in the sprinkler industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of sprinkler installation projects from start to finish.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.
- Identify and mitigate any project risks or issues that arise.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within project teams.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sprinkler Project Manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in the sprinkler industry.

- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ability to perform site inspections and ensure project compliance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
