Role: Project Manager

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000

Location: Dartford

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working with an established Civil Engineering contractor in Dartford.

The Project is valued circa 6m and you will be the Project Manager looking after two sections of works, with individual management teams for both. You will be responsible for managing the whole project (including - including heavy earthworks, roads, RC and associated civils) and will be reporting to the Contracts Manager. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager must have:

• A proven track record of managing civil engineering projects as a Project Manager
• Earthworks, roads, RC experience
• Programming experience on MS project
• Competent in managing a team of site managers, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
• Ability to liaise with the design and commercial teams
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
