Project Manager Manager (Fit Out)

Project Manager required for a well established Fit Out Contractor based in Hertfordshire operating typically within a 40 mile radius of London.

Ideally your most recent experience will be from working in the Fit Out Environment (ideally within the Leisure and Hospitality Sectors) with a trade background (Carpentry & Joinery ideally). You will be required to manage up to 4 Projects at a time with typical Values ranging from anything up to circa 2million.

• Excellent Client Facing skills
• Able to Manage & Lead people on site
• Experience with Estimating
• Strong Health & Safety Knowledge
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

The Project Manager will be mainly working remotely but will be required to visit the office once or twice per week.

Project Manager Renumeration

Salary 60-65k plus Car Allowance plus benefits
