Are you an experienced Project Manager who has worked in a technical environment ?
Do you have experience of Data Management, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation or Regulatory Implementation (PSD2, Basel IV) projects ?
Would you like to work for a leading consultancy that specialises in Data Management & Analytics ?
You will be based from their Edinburgh, London, Leeds or Manchester offices, working a mix of remote, office and client site visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and deliver technical projects within the data domain.
- Track project dependencies and develop strategies for best practice delivery.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing standards are met.
- Handle defect management and prioritise problem resolution based on risk.
- Deliver projects related to data management, migration, reconciliation, and regulatory implementation.
- Negotiate project scope and priorities with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships and manage expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Implement governance, controls, and frameworks to support project delivery
Essential skills:
- Significant experience and proficiency in Technical Project Management.
- SQL development skills
- Strong project management experience in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in dependency tracking and developing strategies for best practice delivery.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong technical knowledge within the data domain.
- Understanding of testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with defect management, acceptance testing, and problem resolution.
- Risk-based prioritisation skills.

- Experience in areas such as Data Management, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation, or regulatory implementation (e.g., PSD2, Basel IV).
- Ability to negotiate project scope and priority with teams and customer stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior stakeholders (e.g., Director level and above).
- Capability to drive direction on governance, controls, and frameworks to deliver business remediation and testing.
