An ambitious interior fit-out contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

After a recent impressive round of numerous successful contract wins, they are looking for a standout Project Manager to join their business and establish themselves as an integral part of the leadership set up and a key stakeholder in the project delivery team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of multiple fit-out projects at any one time, with each project valued anywhere from GBP100,000 to GBP3 million each.

Candidates should be comfortable actively leading and delivering multiple projects at varying stages, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality.

What are they looking for?

• Recent experience of delivering CAT-B fit out projects
• Proven track record of managing upto GBP10million worth of schemes
• Strong understanding of methodologies, materials and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Experience with preconstruction and work winning, contributing to successful bids/tenders (desirable)
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (desirable)
