Job: Planning Project Manager

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 DOE

Location: Cornwall

Type: Permanent / Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Planning Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with planning applications
• Helping the team with planning research and site feasibility assessments
• Assisting in the creation of plans and visual aids for the planning teams activities
• Evaluate and review selected sites for Solar PV, Wind and Battery feasibility
• Identify potential sites of Solar PV, Wind and Battery projects across the UK

Essential Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental studies or related field
• Experience with ArcGIS and AutoCAD
• Methodical, accurate and process-oriented approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in using Excel

Desired but not essential Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in the renewable energy industry
• Associate membership of RTPI or IEMA
• UK Driving Licence
