Job Title: Operations Manger

Salary: 37,000 - 45,000

Work Type: On site

Locations: Birmingham

The Duties:

• Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
• Meeting operational KPIs
• Achieving branch and company financial targets, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work alongside Multisite Branch Manager and Team Leaders to create and implement operational plans, maintaining high-quality customer service in your area.
• Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
• Management of a Fleet of drivers 3,5 tonnes vehicles - compliance, security etc.
• Driver management, understanding of UK routing.
