About the role of Senior Project Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued around 12 - 15 million, with a focus on CAT A work, cut + carve, structures and CAT B.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site reporting to a Project Director
• Running the project from start to finish
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up from 12 - 15 million
• CAT A, cut + carve, structures and CAT B experience
• Commercial fit out experience for offices
