Lonidnium are currently working alongside a leading fit-out contractor specializing in high-end hotel projects based in Belfast. With a rapidly expanding portfolio, they're looking for a talented Project Manager to join there team on a permanent basis. The candidate applying for the role, must be willing to travel to the UK for certain projects, Accomadation paid for!

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the on-site delivery of there high-end hotel fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality control and ensure all work meets our exacting standards.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Health & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in high-end hotel fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
