We are currently working with a well respected M&E Contractor with a turnover of GBP250m who are looking to engage with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a warehouse fit out scheme in Barking. The company in question has a very good reputation in the commercial, residential, life sciences and data centre sectors and have a strong pipeline of work.

You will be tasked with overseeing and delivering a GBP6m mechanical package on a warehouse fit out delivering to one of Europe and the UK's largest main contractors. You will be reporting to the Lead M&E Project Manager and the Project Director while managing mechanical subcontractors.

Away from this project my client has many live and upcoming projects across sectors and you will have the opportunity to join on to a variety of projects that are in early phases after this one is completed.
