A rare and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a refurbishment Construction background to join a thriving contractor working on complex high-end refurbishment in Stafford.

On offer is the chance is the chance to work on a range of high quality refurbishment projects with values up 15M within a growing contractor with progression opportunities and an exceptional salary and benefits package.

This Contractor specliase in high end refurbishments across the North West. Having thrived since being established this company have a clear 5 year growth plan increase turnover to 100M, in order to achieve this they have also started working on Commercial projects such as hotels and office works. Due to expansion this company are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background ideally working on student accommodation, apartment or hotel refurbishment projects. Looking to join a growing contractor working in a progressive role.

The Role:

• Project Manager
• Overseeing the smooth delivery of refurbishment projects
• Creating Project programs, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Ensuring health and safety on site and working alongside the Site Managers
• Regularly keeping the client informed on project progress

The Person

• Project Management experience
• Working on residential, student accommodation, apartment or hotel refurbishment projects
• Experience creating project programmes and working alongside the QS overseeing delivery of multiple projects
• Happy to travel to sites around the midlands
• Full UK Driving License
