Project Manager (Dynatrace) - GBP800 Per Day - Hybrid Working - 12 Month Contract - Investment Bank - Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, application development, and infrastructure teams, ensuring successful integration and alignment with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of Dynatrace projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (IT, business units, and third-party vendors) to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of Dynatrace into existing systems and processes, optimizing application performance monitoring (APM) across all tiers.
- Drive the configuration and customization of Dynatrace to meet specific business needs and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of the Dynatrace platform.
- Lead performance testing, incident resolution, and root cause analysis in partnership with application development teams.
- Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's security, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a complex, global organization, ideally within a Tier 1 Investment Bank or Financial Services environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace and deep knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects, working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in performance monitoring and optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
