Operations Manager

Location Manchester
Salary 35,000 - 40,000 DOE
Hours 37.5 hours Monday - Friday + annual bonus and ability to earn commission

Key responsibilities
Build key relationships with existing and prospective clients
Responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction
Growing existing accounts
Analyse and monitor KPIs and targets
Managing budgets
Managing staff rotas

Person specification
Advanced IT skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of the cleaning industry
Self-motivated and results orientated
Clean driving license - required
