Our client is looking for someone to come in with experience on the job so he can manage teams, job specifications and check work is completed to drawings. The right candidate will not only a strong understand and experience working on water but also having client facing skills, managing client relationships and expectations will be crucial. Somebody who is ambitious that has the desire to grow the division along with the Managing Director would be the ideal candidate. If you have a good network of labour in the area to source labour for jobs this would also be attractive to the client.

• Coming into a blank canvas to set up the division.
• Must be ambitious to grow the water division
• Won't need to bring the business in the MD will be responsible for that
• Will need to manage projects and deliver to deadlines
• Good network of utilities labour especially for water

Starting salary GBP60k

Tickets: Supervisor Ticket, CSCS

Benefits: Pension, Holiday Allowance 21/22 days + birthday & public holidays

Ideally located in Hertfordshire or Northampton
