Operations Manager (Aerospace/ Manufacturing)
50,000 - 55,000 + Company Car
Chelmsford (Commutable from Brentwood, Billericay, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea and Surround Areas)
Are you from an aerospace manufacturing background with strong leadership skills, looking for an opportunity to oversee a medium-scale workshop, where you will be able to put your own stamp on things and have the potential to progress to Directorship?
This is a fantastic opportunity to head up a successful workshop, where you will be behind driving the business forward.
The company are a well-established family run business, who specialise in the manufacture of precision components within the aerospace sector. The company has blue chip clients across the UK including Rolls Royce and is looking from someone to successfully run their workshop.
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, with the Production Manager & CNC Specialist reporting directly into yourself. You will be overseeing anything from general Production right through to Contract Agreements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leadership to take ownership of a workshop, with the potential of progressing into a Directorship role.

Operation Manager
Sector - Aerospace Components
Monday - Friday ( 50K - 55K + Car)
The Person-
Operations Manager, Production Manager, Workshop Manager or Similar
Candidate Background- Aerospace
Good knowledge of AS 13100D and preferably SABRE 4
