Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Planning, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Identify potential risks to the project
- Client Communication, act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Ensure that the project adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Reporting and Documentation, Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project.
