Project Manager

We are working with a leading FM provider on their Justice contract. We are seeking an experienced FM project manager with government, healthcare or justice experience.

The Role:

  • Review and sense check scope, solution delivery challenges, support scope development to best achieve client goals.
  • Control works and contractors, ensuring best practice Health and Safety. Making sure the project meets
    budget and time constraints.
  • Manage risks, set out any identifiable risks, share with management team and allocate appropriate Risk
    owners.
  • Ensure works meet all legal and compliance standards.
  • Support the FM Team in a professional manner, aiding decision making, cost management and governance.

About You:

  • First class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to client's expectations.
  • Proven record of delivering construction a redevelopment projects (small works)
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple subcontractors.
  • Expertise in developing a performance culture.
  • Advanced communication skills adept at interfacing with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM 15.
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC and commercially astute.
