We are working with a leading FM provider on their Justice contract. We are seeking an experienced FM project manager with government, healthcare or justice experience.
The Role:
- Review and sense check scope, solution delivery challenges, support scope development to best achieve client goals.
- Control works and contractors, ensuring best practice Health and Safety. Making sure the project meets
budget and time constraints. - Manage risks, set out any identifiable risks, share with management team and allocate appropriate Risk
owners. - Ensure works meet all legal and compliance standards.
- Support the FM Team in a professional manner, aiding decision making, cost management and governance.
About You:
- First class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to client's expectations.
- Proven record of delivering construction a redevelopment projects (small works)
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple subcontractors.
- Expertise in developing a performance culture.
- Advanced communication skills adept at interfacing with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 15.
- Excellent knowledge of NEC and commercially astute.
