Are you an experienced freelance Senior Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join a refurbishment / fitout project in Kensington, London. This is a freelance role starting in September 2024 and running for approx 12 months

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a fast paced, high end fitout project valued circa GBP15M 52- week hotel project which is a fitout from hotel to hotel, with a focus on structural and fitout aspects. This is a Construction, on site role so SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects are completed to the highest standard

• Managing a team of professionals and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient progress

• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery

• Monitoring and controlling project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering similar projects on time and within budget

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices

• Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure

• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
