Project: Hotel refurbishment / fit-out in Windsor. Some new build courts / landscape works.

Package: Up to GBP70,000k + GBP5,000 car allowance + private health care + 25 days holiday

Start: Project starting in October, asap start for the right candidate

We are pleased to be supporting our client, an impeccable interior fit out contractor since 1989, specialising in the commercial, residential property, and aviation sectors in the UK and internationally.

The Project Manager will deliver an 80-bedroom hotel refurbishment, including new build paddle courts; mainly refurbishment works, with 125 staff over a 9 month period, starting in October.

Our client has an excellent order book, with further projects confirmed in Oxford further to successful completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects

Solid work history

SMSTS / CSCS

Desirable:

NVQ Level 6/7 in relevant construction field
