Job Summary:
My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the office fit-out sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing up to three projects simultaneously, with project values reaching up to 1.5M.
This role is based in their Surrey office with site visits required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the allocated financial resources.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and services are acquired to meet project needs.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the site teams across multiple projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management, specifically within the office fit-out sector.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A minimum of 3 years experience at Project Manager level
