Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to deliver 2 low rise apartment schemes in the Merseyside region The projects are steel frame and MMC and the apartments are 4 and 5 storeys tall.

The combined value of the projects is circa GBP35Million.

Due to the nature of this work you must be a atrong communicator and be very well organised to ensure the project delivery is as smooth as possible.

It is not essential that you have social housing experience but it is preferred that you have built apartments or similar schemes such as student accommodation or hotels.

The client would also consider exoerienced Project Managers who are looking to step up into a more senior role.
