As part of the Expleo Digital and Emerging Technology (DET) team, you will report to the Head of Cyber.
Within the Cybersecurity Practice, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team, working on complex and captivating projects integrating the latest technological solutions and trends.
This is a customer-facing role that will provide you with the opportunity to work with emerging technologies and cutting-edge products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Cybersecurity Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects. While the responsibility for managing these projects lies with the Capability Leads, this role focuses on administrative support, quality assurance for internal and practice procedures, and resource coordination. The Cybersecurity Operations Manager ensures that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality and security.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of staff time to the appropriate project codes and optimise team member utilisation rates.
- Oversee the management of booking codes and the approval of time-sheets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support business engagement by generating quote codes, conducting financial checks, preparing necessary documentation, and monitoring the tracking of quote codes and associated budgeted hours.
- Manage client relations and engagement throughout project delivery, including conducting follow-up engagements to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Generate and monitor project revenue, and manage the full life-cycle of invoices, including issuing, receipt, advanced authorisations, and contract variations.
- Support the sales process by ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance standards and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to successfully pass audits.
- Oversee the project reporting process and maintain an updated resource tracker to monitor project progress and resource allocation effectively.
- Facilitate practice file management and drive continuous improvements in configuration management by tracking and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist staff members in the Talent Pool by aligning their efforts with weekly priorities set by leads, thereby maximising their productivity and contribution.
Qualifications
- Relevant education or industry-recognised certifications in management-related subjects suited to this role (MSc, BSc, PMP, APM, PRINCE2, Agile)

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools, time-tracking software, and risk management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and the ability to work under pressure
Desired skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience in client relations and engagement.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance procedures.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and invoicing.
- Experience in resource management and optimisation.
