PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Project Manager/No 1 Site Manager on a hotel scheme in West London.

Job role: Project Manager/No 1 Site Manager

Rate: 320 - 380/day (Depending on experience)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, West London

Project Manager responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise

Project Manager Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
