Electrical Project Manager - Small Works

Based in Essex, the company are an established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to head up their small works division.

You will be responsible for managing several small commercial projects, predominantly in London, with values up to GBP25k.

Electrical Project Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
• Design review
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour
• Programming of works
• Cost Management
• Technical Submittals
• Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site
• Reporting into the Managing Director and liaising with the client(s)
• Running numerous projects concurrently with values to GBP25k

Remuneration Package:

GBP58k - GBP60k according to experience, plus Company Vehicle, Travel expenses, Quarterly Bonus, and Pension.
