An award winning main contractor is actively looking for a project manager to manage their structural project in Preston. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a multi storey project in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project and showcase your expertise in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following program and budget
• Liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on project milestones and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience managing multi-storey car parks highly beneficial .
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals.
• Dealing with the client and the scope of works
• Ability to develop and execute project plans, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Previous experience with 3-level multi-storey car park construction projects is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or trade background.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
